My Journey

I was born in London, I spent my formative years in the vibrant tapestry of 1980s New York City before moving to Chile and Peru to pursue a path in Latin America. My multicultural upbringing profoundly shaped my worldview and understanding of diversity and interpersonal dynamics.

Growing up in New York and studying at the United Nations fueled my passion for anthropology and sociology, deepening my love for culture, music, art, history, and society. In my last year at university, a pivotal summer job on Wall Street ignited my curiosity in business, inspiring me to blend it with my studies in anthropology. After graduating and working on an archaeological project in Chile’s Atacama Desert, I discovered that while I appreciated the discipline, my true passion lay in creating impact through people and organizations. This realization led me to pursue an MBA and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, where I found a meaningful way to connect the humanities with business.

Now, with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I passionately empower diverse clients to be courageous in their career decisions. My journey has been intentionally crafted, and I dedicate myself to helping others navigate their career paths while defining their unique vision, mission, and purpose.

My Motivation

to Inspire Change

What motivates me most is the profound and lasting impact I can have on people’s lives. Throughout my career as an executive and career coach, I’ve witnessed how thoughtful guidance and strategic reflection can completely shift a person’s path. I bring the lens of a “career anthropologist,” blending storytelling, cultural insight, and business acumen to help individuals understand their past, clarify their present, and design a meaningful future.

We are living in an era of accelerated transformation. According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, nearly 39% of core skills are expected to change by 2030, driven by rapid advancements in AI, automation, and digital technologies. This disruption brings both uncertainty and opportunity—and it reinforces my motivation. My work is a response to this shift: helping individuals and leaders build the clarity, adaptability, and strategic foresight needed to navigate what’s next.

I am deeply driven by the values of authenticity, courage, empathy, and integrity. These values shape how I mentor, coach, and challenge my clients—whether they are redefining their careers, stepping into leadership, or preparing for transitions across geographies and industries. I am especially passionate about empowering women and supporting cross-cultural growth, ensuring that diverse voices have space to lead and shape the future.

Every conversation is an opportunity to ignite self-awareness, resilience, and purpose. I support my clients in developing the skills to lead with confidence, engage in crucial career conversations, and make decisions aligned with both their personal values and the broader transformations reshaping the world of work.

Ultimately, my motivation lies in creating a ripple effect—one that empowers individuals to thrive, fosters more inclusive workplaces, and inspires organizations to lead with heart and intelligence. I believe in a future where people are equipped not only to adapt to change, but to drive it with intention, meaning, and courage.

My lifestyle

I have a deep connection to nature, enjoying various outdoor activities, and I appreciate engaging in daily projects. I stay active through both exercise and sports, and prioritize nutrition as a key part of maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Music is another essential part of my life. I express myself through singing, playing the flute and piano, and using my voice. I love discovering and listening to various genres, including jazz and meditation music. My appreciation for the arts extends to theatre, opera, and musicals, which bring me immense joy. I often use music as a tool for meditation and find solace in the sounds of nature. Practicing Twin Hearts Meditation daily helps me maintain my inner balance.

I cherish a vibrant social life surrounded by family and friends. I love hosting family lunches, teatime, and dinners, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Traditions and celebrations hold a special place in my heart, as I find immense joy in commemorating achievements, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and other special events with loved ones. By nature, I am an adventurer, enjoying hearing about others’ travels and experiences. I also value friendship, making time to connect over coffee to build unique bonds. Passionate about personal and professional development, I love reading and listening to audiobooks and am currently engaged in LifeBook, which is vital for maintaining a balance in the different categories of my life.
